Registration Site
When registering as author, you are required to provide the paper ID you get from the CMT system. Each accepted paper must be covered by a Full Registration (ACM/SIG Member or Non-Member), except for Doctoral Symposium. Doctoral Symposium papers can be covered by a Full Registration (Student). If you have multiple papers, please register multiple times with different paper IDs, using the paper ID given in CMT submission system.
Deadline for registration of accepted main conference papers by authors is extended to October 19, 2025.
Deadline for registration of accepted workshop/grand challenge papers by authors is extended to October 28, 2025.

Payment Policy
All payments will be made by credit card
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund requests received on or before November 1, 2025 will be refunded the full registration amount less a $50 processing fee. Please contact mmasia-reg@acm.org. After November 1, 2025, no refunds will be made.

Booking Terms and Conditions
- Booking Period: From 1 October until 25 November 2025
- Stay Period: 6 December – 15 December 2025
- Cancellation Policy: Non-Refundable. Full prepayment required upon booking.
- Rate : Subject to a 10% service charge and the prevailing service tax.
- Tourism Tax of RM 10.00 per room, per night applies to non-Malaysian citizens and non-MyPR cardholders, payable at check-in
- Promo Code and Booking Link will be shared via email upon successful conference registration.
